You can keep your leis fresh for days. Simply sprinkle them with water, place them in a plastic bag or container, and refrigerate.

We recommend you place your order as far in advance as possible as this is most convenient for everyone. We do take last minute orders though as we know if can be last minute that you find out about a lei greeting! We live near enough to the airport we can always greet you.

Yes! We love surprises as well! When booking please assure you are providing the recipients phone number just in case they miss us holding a sign with their name we can give them a call. You will need the names of the recipients, their date of arrival, airline, flight number, and estimated arrival time.

Arriving at Lihue Airport there are only 2 baggage claims A and B. Once you land, we will be in contact with you to find out which baggage claim you will be at. Your lei greeter will be holding a sign with your name on it as well as all of your fresh lei! We look forward to greeting you.

If you cancel your greeting 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive a full refund. We cannot refund last minute orders.

After presenting you with your fresh flower lei, our greeters are happy to take a souvenir photo on your personal phone for you to keep, as well as offer amazing recommendations for enjoying your holiday on the island of Kauai.
